For parents, guardians, carers & teachers of ADHD children.




ADHD Aberdeen & Northeast is a voluntary group of professionals and parents in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, Scotland - our main purposes are :
  • offering support for parents of children with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder)
  • Providing information to those interested in ADHD

The Group meets monthly, on a Tuesday evening, at Hazlewood School, Fernielea Road, Aberdeen, and offers parent-to-parent support and information evenings. We have up to date books, videos and information for your personal use or to assist you in teaching others who are involved with your child. To assist our children in the best possible way it is important that we public knowledge of ADHD.
There is a 'Listening Ear' service which is a local telephone network of volunteer parents available to give support and guidance whenever it is needed.
The group organises events such as conferences and talks by professionals.
